Inspectors will receive an email confirming each time an Inspection Guarantee has been provisionally purchased. Inspectors have the ability to void an Inspection Guarantee within 30 days of its purchase date to get a credit. This can be done from a link in the confirmation email.
Inspection Guarantee information will be sent to your customer's primary email address within 3 days from the date of report being uploaded.
Inspectors in the Home Protect Inspection Guarantee program will be charged on the 10th of each month by HomeGauge at a rate of $22 per Inspection Guarantee purchased. All approved credits will be deducted from the next available billing cycle.
To prevent conflicts of interest, you cannot inspect your own home and submit a claim under HomeGauge Protect.
